LeadPour, a service of Fletcher Harris Holdings LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Contact and account details you provide at signup — name, work email, company, mobile number, selected market, and vendor category — and information about how you use our alerts and digests.

How we use it

To deliver the lead alerts and digests you request by email and (with your consent) SMS, to process your subscription, and to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Who we share it with

We share limited data only with service providers that help us run The Lead Pour — for example, our payment processor (Stripe) and our email/SMS delivery vendors — and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

SMS data

Mobile information and SMS consent are used solely to deliver LeadPour alerts. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our SMS Terms.

Data sources

The venue/filing information we surface is drawn from public government records. Any contact details we include are business-contact information (such as the venue’s listed business phone and website); we do not compile or sell individuals’ non-public personal contact information.

Your choices

You can update your details or cancel through your account, unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.
